Payment Instructions:
We know that sponsors have unique processing needs and procedures. We are here to help. For questions regarding payment, please include your desired sponsorship level in an email to Phil York at pyork@ncrc.org. All payments and corresponding sponsorship materials are due by September 15, 2023.

How to register your team:
Please note that your sponsorship comes with complimentary registrations based on your sponsorship level. Your team members can register at this website: Just Economy Regional: Mountain West. This specific link will show the hidden “Sponsor” ticket type and automatically apply the discount code. This is a free ticket type for you and your team to attend the summit. Select the orange “Get Tickets” button and scroll down to select “Sponsor.”
By clicking the plus sign button of the Sponsor ticket type, you are adding tickets to your cart. Each ticket will need an attendee associated. Once you have completed filling out the registration information for each team member, please click the orange button on the bottom labeled “Register.” Now you are all set and registered!

Our Summit will take place at the Renaissance Denver Central Park Hotel (located at 3801 Quebec Street, Denver, CO, 80207). To secure your reservation, please follow this link. Please make your reservations as soon as possible: we have a limited number of rooms available and expect to run out before the end of August!
