Fair Housing Awareness Campaign: “The More You Know”

In November of 2013, the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) launched a fair housing awareness campaign entitled, “The More You Know.” The purpose of the campaign is aimed at increasing awareness of and promoting fair housing rights, using visual text to highlight the subtleties of housing discrimination in today’s marketplace. The campaign features print ad placements, posters, a social media campaign utilizing #fairhousing, and a video public service announcement.

NCRC is making the print ads and posters available for download and mailed copies of the campaign materials to organizations across the country. Through this campaign, NCRC will increase awareness of fair housing violations and encourage those who believe they may be victims of housing discrimination to file complaints with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Media companies or organizations wishing to utilize the ads or the Public Service Announcement should contact Katrina Forrest at KForrest@ncrc.org
