Morning Journal, August 19, 2024, Anthem, Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority Launch Onsite Wellness Programs For Residents
These Anthem-sponsored programs, which launch Sept. 1, are designed to promote healthy habits and foster social connections among residents of these public housing communities, the release said.
Participants in the Anthem International Plaza Wellness Program and the Anthem Harr Plaza Wellness Program will receive comprehensive support through a variety of offerings. These include initial and ongoing health assessments, nutrition and weight-loss guidance, onsite wellness events and classes, fitness devices and complimentary access to the MyFitnessPal app, the release said.
Anthem has partnered with the Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority to support the daily activities of these programs.
