Dedrick Asante-Muhammad and Joshua Devine of the National Community Reinvestment Coalition co-authored an article discussing the various strategies that can be used to address the racial wealth-gap in homeownership. NCRC has proposed setting a goal of reaching 60% Black homeownership by 2040.
