The Small Business Teaming Center (SBTC) supports the abilities of small businesses to pursue and win government contracts by creating a team of businesses that can work together to fulfill the requirements. Our services include: Opportunity Identification and Vetting, Facilitation of Teaming Agreements, and Capture Management.
Contract Opportunities
SBTC assists its clients to identify and develop procurement pipelines by closely monitoring local and federal contracting activities and regularly meeting with officials at various local and federal agencies.
Teaming Arrangements
SBTC facilitates teaming by maintaining a comprehensive database of small businesses with extensive experience in private and public contracting by hosting and attending networking events and partnering with small business resource organizations.
Capture Management
SBTC provides resources needed by newly formed teams to respond to Requests For Proposals and submit proposals with a high probability of winning based on cost efficiency, past performance, and areas of expertise. Our capture piece includes ongoing and long-term support, strategic planning, executive coaching, leadership development and referrals to other NCRC Business Centers, when needed.
